MEASURING MY SUCCESS IN YARDS-FRONT YARDS AND BACK YARDS
August 2007
I’m writing on behalf of Virginia Tatseos regarding my current work with her. Virginia is an extremely hard worker who goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am able to give her direction and she executes my requests with efficiency and very little oversight from me. I trust her implicitly and she has proven herself very honest and genuine in all of my dealings with her. On several occasions, she has discovered cash money of which she has turned over to me without hesitation.
I would highly recommend that you consider her for whatever task you may have and consider her a trustworthy person.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,

Turn back the clock to January of this year. If you told me that in 2 1/2 months I would take a job 2200 miles away, get my house ready to put on the market, and leave my wife for 2 1/2 months to sell the house on her own, I'd have told you that you were insane. But that's exactly what happened. But here's the thing- it really wasn't that painful. Yes, there were stressful times for us along the way. There were some tough decisions that needed to be made. But Virginia Tatseos had already done the homework and research, and made our decisions easy. Her experience, honesty and integrity kept the process flowing smoothly. And she sold the house in 4 1/2 months, a miracle in times like these. We were able to close the deal from the other side of the country.
Virginia, please add my front yard and my back yard to your ever-growing Tape Measure of Success!
Take care, Dave

We would like to thank you for your terrific help to find a house in Detroit area. We knew it wont be easy find the perfect house here while we are still residing in another state, but you made the process easy by knowing exactly what we were looking for in a house so we found it in a very few trips; Your help negotiating for us save us money and the contracts referrals were very useful. Your continuing follow up after the sale is very appreciated.
Thank you again and I am sure we will stay friends

Dear Virginia, November 22, 2005
This is to thank you for all your help in the process of selling our Royal Oak home and buying our beautiful condo in Troy.
From the day you first came to our house to introduce yourself and meet with us to discuss the details of our moving goals, to the very last day of our closing, you were right beside us with every step of what turned out to be a very very long journey, and then some.
Due only to many unforeseen circumstances with our financial situation, this entire process took well over a year.
We also had many glitches with our closing due to some extremely poor planning and lack of employee cooperation at our bank, that dragged the closing process on for days instead of the few hours that were promised us.
Unlike many others that would have given up on us or would have told us to look elsewhere for help, you continued to help, and never gave up on us.
It was your professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and extreme patience that enabled us to sell our home in just one day and find " The Perfect Home", but most of all it was the care that you gave to us and still do.
Your clients and now friends,
Larry & Mary Paruch
Dear Virginia, April 8, 2005
After getting settled in to our new home, I wanted to take some time to thank you for the assistance you provided us in our relocation to the Detroit area. You professionalism, kindness, industry knowledge, work ethic and sense of humor made our move an enjoyable learning experience.
In particular, I wanted to let you know that I appreciated your willingness to make your self available to us for the power home shopping we were forced to undertake due to Eunice’s and my schedule and proximity to Detroit. I am not sure we would be as happy with our new home as we are now, if you had not been involved in the process and made every effort to ensure that we understood the pluses and minuses to each home we viewed.
Your continuing help beyond the home purchase has made our lives much easier as we have settled in and started acclimating to the area. We have taken your recommendations on several people\services and are pleased with the service and professionalism of each.
We consider you one of our first friends in the Detroit area and hope to stay in touch.
P.S. Please interpret is as a thank you note, as well as, a letter of recommendation from a very satisfied customer.
As you might imagine, I am not in the habit of writing thank you notes, nor do I shower praise on people very often. In this case, I made an exception, because you earned it and I wanted to express exactly how I felt.
Hope all is well.
Sincerely,
Steven & Eunice Coleman

My mom and I want to thank you very much for handling the sale of her home at 3120 Vinsetta Blvd. in Royal Oak. You are certainly skilled at what you do. Being such a knowledgeable realtor, your advice was always well taken and appreciated.
You are so nice and enjoyable to work with, which makes the necessity of mom leaving her home of over 38 years an easier task to bear. She didn't have to worry about anything because everything was taken care of. The transition of mom's home over to Barbara and Jerry was actually pleasant because all the work was done on our end, and they are such a fun and nice couple who had only good things to say about mom and her home. It was a win-win situation.
We were extremely grateful for your contacts to manage our estate sale and the sale of dad's vintage wine collection. You made so much of this whole process so less stressful for us.
Thank you also for finding a loving home for our bird bath and my great aunt's piano. It means a lot to know that these belongings are in good hands.
How thoughtful of you to give mom the lovely lavendar crystal heart from Rosenthal's. It is so shiny and beautiful, and we'll always have fond memories of you. Mom thanks you very much.
Thank you again, Virginia.
Sincerely,
Kimberly Johnson

Dear Virginia, May 8, 2004
I wanted to take a minute and express my sincere appreciation for all that you did you me in the sale of my father’s home recently. I barely knew where to start when I called you last February. You immediately looked at the house and started to work getting me information regarding estate sales, appraisers, and other information. I especially appreciated this as we didn’t even have a contract in place at the time. When we met in early March it was immediately obvious to Loretta and I that you were extremely motivated and ready to go to work for us (The running shoes did give us a hint). At our first meeting you informed us that your goal was to sell the house before we left Michigan. Nice thought, but we were only there for 2 weeks. By the net day you a a virtual tour on a website and an open house a few days later. Were we ever surprised when it sold in just a few days time!. When we hit the inevitable bumps in the road such as the home inspection you were right there taking care of things. The closing went off without a hitch and we had a wire with the proceeds from the sale by the next day.
You are true professional. Your advice was sound and your knowledge, motivation and people skill are a true asset in selling the home. You were always available when I have questions or concerns. It also appeared that you truly enjoy your job. As you can tell I am a new member of your fan club. If you ever need a reference I would be please to provide you with one.
Thanks again,
Sincerely
John Sutherland

Dear Virginia,
"When we first moved to the Detroit area as expatriates working for one of the
Big Three, Virginia was part of the relocation team. She was instrumental in helping us find the right neighborhood and dwelling for our family.
When we decided to stay here for good and buy our own house, it just was natural that we called her. Buying a house for the first time is an endeavor that we could have not undertaken without Virginia's support and guidance.
Once again, she took the time to listen to our needs and advise us accordingly.
I do not recall how many different houses we looked at, but they were definitely
quite a few. We visited many of them on weekends.
Once we found what we wanted she even scheduled a tour to the school where the
children would go.
Making the offer and navigating through all the paperwork was a breeze since she
took care of almost everything, we just signed the forms.
We have been in the house for almost a year now. If we ever think of selling or buying another property, we'll call Virginia again.

Dear Virginia,
We have had several occasions, over the years, to work with Virginia Tatseos personally and on behalf of several clients. We have invariably found her to be diligent, attentive to detail, hard working, patient with both sellers and buyers . . . in short, she is professional in all respects, and we highly recommend her.

Dear Virginia, December 2003
To anyone thinking of selling or buying a home, THINK first who you want to list with. My wife (Karen) and I sold and bought four homes in the past 32 years and
never gave a thought to the type of person whom we would be dealing with until this last sell and buy.Virginia Tatseos is the agent my son gave me to sell my home. If their was ever a person to go the extra mile my son said Virginia was that person.
I wont go thru the war stories Virginia went thru with my son's and for that matter my own home buyers. Virginia just smiled and went about her task at hand.
Other agent's I dealt with would of just given up.
Virginia not only sold my home, but help find our dream house in the country. My wife and I have an agent for life if we or anyone needs one.
P.S. Virginia also became a good friend.

I hope all is well with your family, you are in my prayers. I am writing to let you know how special you are in my life. You have been such a great help. Not only in finding a home that I am truly happy with but also in life.
You are a wonderful person who is true to the core, a rare find. I often reflect on our conversations both over the phone and during our long detours look for homes. It meant a lot to me how willing you were to listen. Most of all, you took
it a step further helping wherever and whenever you could. You are a great inspiration!
To this day, you are still there for my family, which makes you a true friend.
I wish only good things for you and thank God for allowing me to know such a
strong, honest woman.

The following words are how I would describe Virgina:
Professional, ethical, caring, supportive, educated, technologically, efficient, knowledgeable.
Virginia sets her self apart from other Realtors by not only providing excellent service, but by remembering the number one factor of excellent
service; the client.
Virginia is technologically on top of things, if there is a home available you will know about it the day it comes on the market. The client’s needs come before anything else.

Virginia,
After on year of listing with my local Real Esate agent I gave my listing to Virginia Tatseos. I one month the front lawn had a sold rider on the sign. Sold with only a 2 car not a 3 car garage. Sold without furniture. Sold without a finished basement. Sold without all the pumped up excuses my 1st Real Esate Agent had declared!!
Thank you Virginia

Dear Virginia, July 2004
We asked to be referred to the best, and we were. The “V” in your name clearly stands for very determined to provide excellent client service:
· We expected you to be knowledgeable, efficient, and ethical, and you were.
· We needed “a professional” and you were definitely that!
· We asked to “see everything” under the sun, and you patiently showed us everything under the sun and moon! (Sometimes twice!)
· We asked what you thought and you told us! (Thank goodness.)
· We needed you to help expedite our purchase by long-distance, and you did.
· We asked for the names of insurance agents, bankers, and skilled tradesmen, and you provided the best.
· And when we needed a Vernors, you already had it in the car. Now that’s full service!
Thanks for a fabulous job – we’ll be happy to tell anyone who wants to know that your services are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Best Regards,
Barbara

Dear Virginia,
We wanted to write a letter telling you how much we appreciated your assistance with the sale of our home and recent purchase. We know our sale was a very difficult transaction on your end, but you made it very smooth and simple for us.
We had improved our home in Bloomfield Hills very much and wanted a fair price as a result. The market was somewhat sluggish, but you managed to find a buyer that appreciated our home as much as we did, and the price we received was right where we expected. We know you worked hard negotiating on our part behind the scenes and it was not unnoticed. When someone works as hard as we know you did for us, it shows a level of commitment that is rare in the industry today. Not only did we have a great realtor, we made a great friend as well.
We know if we ever decide to move again you will be the first person we will call. Thank you again for all your hard work!
Warmest Regards,
Robert & Holly Hempton

Dear Virginia,
"Virginia was truly a pleasure to work with throughout the entire buying process. What sets her apart from the rest of the pack is her extensive real estate experience complimented by a thorough understanding of her clients. She took the time to get to know my wife and me, and was able to understand our goals before we started shopping. In addition to listening to our needs, Virginia was able to offer her expert advice and opinions which helped us to steer clear of homes with subtle flaws which may affect resale value.
When it came time to make an offer, she assisted greatly with the negotiation process and kept us informed at all times as to the status of our offers. My wife an I were very comfortable knowing that our agent was working hard to look out for our best interests. I'm looking forward to working with Virginia when the time comes to purchase my next home, and would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor!"

Dear Virginia,
I had a very difficult sales situation. I had purchased a condo in a growing area, but in the two years since I'd bought it, several new developments had sprung up nearby, and the traffic and noise had increased tremendously. This made my community undesireable, especially since many identical communities had been built in close proximity with less traffic, at the same price. In addition, there were 15 other identical condominiums in my community that were up for sale at the same time as mine. I was concerned that most realtors would not want the task of moving such a property, as the selling price would be very low, and the time and effort required to sell it would be quite high. I was pleasantly surprised, however, to find that Virginia took to the job immediately, coming up with unique and creative ways to set my unit apart from all the others. She worked relentlessly to gather leads, and always kept me up to date on when showings took place, and how she felt our selling tactics were panning out. I felt I was getting the same treatment as if I were a high-ticket customer, selling a multi-million dollar home. Instead of telling me to settle for less than my property was worth, Virginia handled my transaction as if it were her own, taking the time and effort to make sure the property sold quickly for a fair price. Thank you so much for your efforts, Virginia!
